Where do you ship from?

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our facilities in South Korea.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days.
Processing time is separate from delivery time and may vary during high-demand periods.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at support@gaeul.store
Once shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Please contact us before shipment if you need assistance.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately if your order has not yet been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Once shipped, we are unable to modify delivery details.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch:

  • Express: 7–15 business days
  • Standard: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or local regulations are outside our control.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. All orders include tracked shipping.
Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking updates may take several days to appear, especially during international transit.
Please allow time for carriers to update tracking information.

What if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

If tracking shows delivered, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will assist you.

What happens if I refuse delivery?

If a shipment is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, return shipping fees may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 (selected regions apply).

Will I pay customs or import fees?

In many cases, duties and taxes are minimized on our side.
However, some countries may apply customs charges based on local regulations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees required by their country.
For most UK and EU orders, additional fees are uncommon.

Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?

Depending on availability and order size, items may be shipped separately.
If this occurs, you will receive multiple tracking updates.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Are opened products eligible for return?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare, makeup, haircare, body products, and beauty devices cannot be returned.

Can I return a product if I changed my mind after opening it?

Opened products are not eligible for return due to hygiene regulations.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us immediately at support@gaeul.store with photos and details.
We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, please return the original item and place a new order.
