How to Use

Follow the supplied manual before first use. Hold M for three seconds to switch on; press M to choose a mode and L to adjust intensity. Start at level 1.

Use the dedicated Lif Shot Cream for the Lifting and HI-RF modes. The preset timers are 3 minutes for Clean, 10 minutes for Lifting, 10 minutes for HI-RF and 5 minutes for Relax. Follow the manual for the correct technique and treatment areas.
