Charge the controller with its supplied cable before use. Apply massage gel to the arch and Achilles area, place the foot on the unfolded wrap, secure the ankle and instep straps so both electrode pads contact the skin, and fasten the cross straps clear of the controller snaps. Attach the controller, hold M to switch on, and choose a comfortable mode and intensity. The session switches off after 10 minutes. Use the supplied cable with a standard 5V/2A adapter; avoid fast chargers. This is a non-medical massage device. Do not use with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device, during pregnancy, on injured or inflamed skin, or for children aged 13 or younger. The manufacturer's exclusions also include metal implants, cancer, neurological disorders and sensitive skin conditions. Keep dry, avoid continuous prolonged use, and stop if discomfort or irritation occurs. Read the enclosed safety instructions before use.

Set size S includes two Small wraps; L includes two Large wraps; S + L includes one of each. Each standard device has its wrap, detachable controller, charging cable and manual.
