How to Use

Cleanse and apply a generous amount of water-based serum or conductive gel. Press and hold the power button to start at level 1, then use short presses to select a comfortable intensity. Keep both rollers against the skin and roll slowly upward with gentle pressure. The device stops automatically after 10 minutes. Disconnect the charging cable before use. Wipe with a damp cloth or wet wipe, then dry with a soft cloth; clean the gaps with a cotton swab. Avoid alcohol, ammonia, benzene and abrasive cleaners. Avoid the thyroid area at the front of the neck; consult your specialist before use if you are receiving treatment for a thyroid condition.
