How to Use

Read all restrictions in the supplied manual. After cleansing, apply suitable oil-free conductive gel or water-rich gel cream to the massage area.

Hold the power button for at least two seconds, choose a mode and begin at level 1. Roll gently in the directions shown in the manual for about five to ten minutes; do not exceed the stated ten-minute daily powered session.

Switch off, wipe the roller contacts clean and store in a dry place. Do not immerse or rinse under running water. Stop immediately if uncomfortable.

Charge using the included cable and a low-speed 5 V adapter rated at 2 A or below. Fast charging is not supported. Disconnect the charging cable before operating.
