How to Use

Open the cover and insert the supplied heating pad into its inner pocket. Connect the USB cable to a compatible power adapter or power bank, then place the mask over the eyes and adjust the band.

Use the inline controller to select a comfortable heat level. The manufacturer lists level 3 as the initial setting and automatic shutoff after 60 minutes without further operation. Follow the supplied timing and precautions; this feature is not a recommendation to use heat while asleep.

Remove the heating pad before hand-washing the outer cover. Do not wash the electrical heating pad.
