How to Use

The maker recommends RF every two to three days; EMS may be used daily, adjusted to your skin. EMS has a six-minute automatic power-off. Watch for skin fatigue when combining care.

Avoid direct contact with the eyes, wounds, scars and sunburn. This model is not waterproof; keep it away from water, wipe off residue after use and charge with the supplied cable.
