After cleansing, apply suitable skincare; RF modes can be paired with compatible RF cream. Test a small inner-arm area first. Hold MODE/power for two seconds to start in Sonic at level 1; short MODE presses cycle the five modes and LEVEL selects levels 1–3.

Begin with a shorter, low-level session and glide gently over permitted areas. Keep moving, do not press hard or hold a spot for three seconds or more. In ultrasound modes avoid eyes, eyelids and throat/thyroid. Remove metal accessories and do not stare into LEDs.

The supplied manual recommends 3–4 uses weekly, with five minutes per mode. After five minutes the device enters standby and shuts off a minute later. Mode changes reset the timer; track total time and avoid excessive use.

Read all contraindications in the manual. Wipe residue away with a dry cloth and let the head dry before storage; the body is not waterproof. Charge fully with the USB-C cable and do not operate while charging.
