How to Use

Read the full supplied manual and user restrictions. Fit the band around the forehead and head as illustrated, then adjust the strap closely without overtightening.

Hold the power button for two seconds. Choose Relaxation, Gua Sha or Energizer and begin with a gentle intensity.

If using warmth, begin with the lowest setting and follow the manual’s instruction to place a thin cloth between the heated band and skin. People with fragile skin should use without heat. Stop for discomfort or an unusual reaction.

The device switches off after ten minutes. Avoid consecutive sessions and do not use while sleeping, driving, charging or after alcohol.

Switch off and clean with a dry cloth or suitable wipe; do not wash or immerse. Charge with the supplied USB-C cable and a compatible standard 5 V / 1 A adapter, avoiding fast-charging adapters.
