Set the device on a stable supported surface following the manual. Lie down gently with your shoulders close to the platform so there is no gap between the device and the shoulder area; bend your knees comfortably.

Begin at the lowest comfortable intensity. Use the remote to select an automatic program or individual motion and adjust the session in 5-minute steps. The manufacturer recommends about 30 minutes per session.

Keep fingers away from the moving mechanism and stop if painful. Do not use on injured skin, with wet hands or while sleeping. People with implants, neck surgery, spinal conditions or other medical concerns must consult a healthcare professional and read the complete contraindications.

Switch off and unplug before cleaning or fitting accessories. Keep children away, and do not wash, immerse, disassemble or apply force to the moving parts.
