How to Use

Charge with the supplied USB-C cable using a DC 5 V / 2 A supply. Follow the manual and disconnect the charger before use.

Place the massage assembly correctly around the back of the neck and shoulders. Adjust the rear strap and hold the hand loops gently without excessive pulling.

Start at speed level 1 for about 5 minutes. Select a comfortable program and low or no warmth. The device automatically stops after 15 minutes; use no more than twice daily and avoid consecutive sessions on the same area.

For adult use. Do not use while sleeping, driving, drinking alcohol, on injured skin or with implanted electronic medical equipment. Consult a healthcare professional about medical conditions and read the full contraindications before use.

Switch off and let it cool before reuse. Wipe gently with a soft cloth, keep charging connections dry and do not wash or immerse the device.
