How to Use

Use after cleansing. Center the silicone band underneath the chin.

Bring the longer fastening upward from the left ear to the crown of the head.

Adjust the side/crown fastening to a comfortable, painless pressure.

Gently press the pressure points following the V-shaped jawline.

Use for 10–15 minutes with comfortable, painless pressure. Do not wear while sleeping or over-tighten the fastening. Stop if any discomfort occurs.

Avoid use if you have a skin disease. If irritation, swelling, inflammation or bruising occurs, stop using the band and consult a doctor.

Rinse or wipe the band and let it dry in a ventilated shaded place. Follow the individual sachet directions for the two included V patches.
